TRB'S RULES OF THE PITCH

I prefer pitches via email in the early morning (between 5 am and 9 am EST). This excludes overseas pitches, which would be 5 am and 9 am your time. I try to respond to as many pitches/emails as possible, but sometimes if I plan to cover the story. I can't let you know beforehand. If emailing, my ideal email length is 2–3 paragraphs and limited follow-up emails are ok. I rarely check newswires for new story ideas, but I am open to being added to press lists specific to my niches. Please let me know before adding me, I would love for movie studios and TV studios to reach out for screenings/screeners, red carpets, press junkets, interviews, FYC events, and other related events. I prefer/request only formal email pitches to my stated email address. It's linked below and in the header in a pitch button. Any pitches made to me on my social media like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram via DMs will either be ignored or told to email me. If, I don't respond to a pitch in a week. Then I won't be writing about it.
